Abstract:
ＩＧＢＴ１１ａと、ＩＧＢＴ１１ａよりもスイッチング速度が速いＭＯＳＦＥＴ１１ｂとが並列に接続されて構成されるスイッチング回路部１１と、オン制御を行う場合、ＭＯＳＦＥＴ１１ｂのターンオンを行った後にＩＧＢＴ１１ａのターンオンを行い、オフ制御を行う場合、ＩＧＢＴ１１ａのターンオフを行った後にＭＯＳＦＥＴ１１ｂのターンオフを行う制御部１２とを備えるスイッチング装置１を提供する。これにより、低負荷から高負荷の運転範囲において負荷を効率的に駆動することが可能になる。
