Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a switching device compact for raising the utilization rate of a sealed chamber (space) in a switching device for a pass box connecting between sealed chambers.
SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a clamp 24 having a claw 24b extruding along the upper and lower surfaces of a pass box 21 from a base 24a located behind a switching plate 23 to the front of the switching plate 23, a cylindrical axis 27 supported freely rotatably via a bearing 29 in the central part of the base 24a, a handle 30 connected to one end of the cylindrical axis 27, a female screw part 28 formed inside the cylindrical hole opening at another end of the cylindrical axis 27, a male screw part 26 protruding behind the switching plate 23 as a screwing means movable together with the female screw part 28, a seal 31 attached at the opening end of the pass box 21, a stopper 32 formed on the opening side of the pass box 21 as a means for locking the claw 24b of the clamp towards the entrance direction of the female screw part 26 against the female screw part 28, and a slider structure 33 for supporting freely movably the switching plate 23 towards the perpendicular direction against the locking direction between the claw 24b of the clamp and the stopper 32.
