PURPOSE: To easily recognize the correspondence relation between an operation switch and load so as to easily perform control operation by inserting a switch unit in the switch insertion hole at the position corresponding to each division area in a division area map, and inserting a blank chip in the hole for switch insertion where the switch unit is not inserted.

CONSTITUTION: First, a panel frame 11 is fixed to an attaching frame 8 by a fixing screw 11, and then a switch unit 6 is inserted in the hole 7 for switch insertion at the position corresponding to the transparent part 20a in the division area map drawn in the layout sheet of load, and also the lead wire 5 led out of the switch unit 6 is connected to the terminal part of a terminal base. And a blank chip 6 is set in the hole 7 for switch insertion where the switch unit 6 is not inserted. Next, a layout sheet 12 is overlaid on the front side of a panel frame 11, and lastly a panel is fit in the panel frame 11, and a layout sheet 12 is pressed and is fixed, whereby the attachment is completed.
