Abstract:
To realize a switching device wherein a service life is long, an operation speed is high, a consumption power is low, an on-state resistance is low, and a loss is small.
The switching device is provided with a switching component formed of a switching element that is high in conductivity in a crystal state and low in conductivity in an amorphous state, and a heating part that heats the switching component to change it into an amorphous state or a crystal state.
