Abstract:
To suppress an overcurrent flowing to each semiconductor switching element at the abnormal operation of a gate driving circuit in the case that one or more pairs of normally-on semiconductor switching elements are connected in series between a high voltage side and a low voltage side.
In the case that normally-on (depression-type) semiconductor switching elements 15a-15c on a high arm side and normally-on semiconductor switching elements 17a-17c on a lower arm side are connected in series, each gate of each semiconductor switching element 15a-15c and 17a-17c is connected to the negative side of a power source B via resistors 19a-19c and 21a-21c.
