Abstract:

To solve the problem in a switching device using dried air for an insulating medium that the detection sensitivity of partial discharge is different at partial discharge generation positions, because discharge detection cannot be performed unlike a case where SF6 gas is used, and a conductor is complicatedly arranged in detecting the partial discharge by an antenna.

In the switching device including: a bus bar-side charge part which is connected to a power transmission line side; a load-side charge part which is connected to a load side; a current interruption part which is arranged and installed between the load-side charge part and bas bar-side charge part, and is in charge for electrical switching between both thereof; and a hermetically sealed container in which these machines are incorporated and high-pressure dried air is filled, there are provided an ozone sensor with a dried air collection part communicating with the hermetically sealed container and an exhaust part for exhausting the dried air after measurement, to detect ozone generated in the hermetically sealed container, and a detection device which is connected to the ozone sensor to detect abnormal conditions due to generation of the ozone.
