Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device capable of preventing incorrect turn-on of a switching element without complicating the configuration.SOLUTION: A switching device comprises: a semiconductor switch that has a switching element including a control terminal, a high-potential side terminal, and a low-potential side terminal; a drive circuit that has a first electrode and a second electrode, and that drives the switching element; first wiring for connecting between the control terminal and the first electrode; and second wiring for connecting between any one of the high-potential side terminal and the low-potential side terminal, and the second electrode. The semiconductor switch has a rectification mechanism between the high-potential side terminal and the low-potential side terminal. The second wiring is arranged at an anode side of the rectification mechanism from the first wiring, in a conduction direction of a forward current of the rectification mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
