Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a switch mechanism for a small-sized low-voltage switch device, whereby it is possible to close the contact quickly, decrease the burnout of each contact, and prolong the durable limitation. CONSTITUTION: A low-voltage switch is characterized by a small number of constituent members of its switch mechanism, wherein toggle lever systems 2, 3, 4 drive a contact shaft 6 through a switch lever 1, and locking devices 9, 10, 11 generate an initial lock immediately before contacts 7 and 8 are put in contact and make switch-on in impulse motion when the switch lever 1 is left in actuation continuously, and devices 14, 16, 18 release the contacts 7 and 8 when a miscurrent is generated.
