Title:
SWITCHING MECHANISM FOR POSITION DETECTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3785928
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a detection position drift 12 in reciprocations of a dog by absorbing due differences of a switching main body.
SOLUTION: As for a limit switch 2, a movable plate part 23 is installed at a tip of an actuator 22, and because the dog 1 makes reciprocating motions, a slanted part of the dog 1 and a roller 231 are abutted, and an actuator 22 is made to be expanded and contracted, thereby the switching main body 21 is made to have on/offs. A plate 232 rotates up to a position of a stopper 234 accompanied with the movement of the dog during the advancement or retrogression of the dog 1. By this rotational action, an abutting position of the slanted part of the dog 1 and a roller 231a or 231b has a drift and the due differences are absorbed to eliminate the position drift.
