Abstract:
PURPOSE: To recognize a network connection device which is set through a switching network.
CONSTITUTION: Of the switching network connection system which connects network connection devices connected to respective LANs respectively to one another through ISDN 1 by using network numbers set corresponding to the respective network connection devices, the repeating network connection device 10 specifies the network number of a device to be set in data of a response received from the device X0 to be set and repeats the data to a management device 11, which generates and manages setting information on respective connection devices according to the network numbers and recognizes the device X0 to be set according to the network number specified by the repeating network connection device 10.
