PURPOSE: To enable stable and secure switching of load and also, enable the opening of a movable electrode which fuses together with a fixed electrode in make condition, by controlling the movable electrode by a link mechanism, a spring energy accumulation mechanism, and a lever mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: Link mechanisms such as a handle link 57, a spring guide link 58, rocks from left to right, centering upon the shaft 55, through a handle shaft 51, etc., interlocking with the handle operation, and an energy accumulating spring 63 is compressed. A movable electrode, which rotates by the pressure of this spring 63, is switched on surely to the fixed electrode. The break of the movable electrode from the fixed electrode is performed likewise. Furthermore, the movable electrode having fused to the fixed electrode can be opened forcibly in the same way by the lever mechanism made of engaging pins 58b, links 64, 65, etc. Load switching can be made regardless of operation speed or without incomplete make or incomplete break stably even when having stopped the handle operation in the middle, by the constitution making use of the accumulated force of this spring, and the forced opening of the fused movable electrode can be made surely.
