To facilitate such an adjustment to vehicle speed and power take-off speed, especially by beginners and unskilled persons, as has conventionally involved difficult operations of a main shift lever and a power take-off shift lever.

A working vehicle is provided with mode switches by which a working mode or a non-working mode is selectable. Upon a selection of the working mode switch, a vehicle speed change gear and a power take-off speed change gear 7 are synchronously shifted by actuators 12, 13, 14 and 17. The vehicle speed change gear and the power take-off speed change gear 7 can be either a continuously variable transmission or a stepped transmission.
