Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power source unit which enables cost reduction, miniaturization and weight reduction by simply constituting a circuit which controls a sub-switching element performing on/off operation, synchronously or inversely to a main switching element, without using an IC and an insulating circuit.
SOLUTION: In a switching power source unit 1, a sub-control circuit 3 which controls an FET Q2 which performs the on/off operation inverse to the on/off operation of an FET Q1 is provided with a transistor Q3, and a resistor R1 and a capacitor C2 which constitute a time constant circuit. The FET Q2 turns on by a voltage generated in a second driving winding N4 of a transformer T. The transistor Q3 turns on by an arbitrary time set by the time constant circuit, and the FET Q2 turns off.
