Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of manufacture without increasing power loss.SOLUTION: A switching power supply device 1 performing class E operation includes n inductor 12 for outputting a DC power, supplied from a DC power supply 11, while smoothing, a switching element 13 connected between the output terminal of the inductor and the ground, and switching the DC power outputted from the inductor, a capacitor 15 connected in parallel with the switching element, a first LC series resonance circuit (an inductor 16 and a capacitor 17) connected between the switching element and a load, and having a resonance frequency substantially same as the switching frequency, and a second LC series resonance circuit (an inductor 21 and a capacitor 22) connected in parallel with the switching element, and having a resonance frequency higher than the switching frequency of the switching element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
