Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply which realizes high breakdown voltage of a switching element with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A switching power supply has a transformer T including a primary coil L1 and a secondary coil L2, a first switching element Q1 including a control end being driven ON/OFF so as to conduct or block a current flowing to the primary coil L1, a second switching element Q2 inserted between the first switching element Q1 and the primary coil L1, and including a current path connected in series with the current path of the first switching element Q1 and a control end, a Zener diode ZD connected between the connection point of the first and second switching element Q1, Q2 and the control end of the second switching element Q2, and a resistive element R connected between the first input end 1 and the control end of the second switching element Q2, wherein the Zener diode is connected in a state that it becomes reverse bias to the voltage between the first and second input ends 1, 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
