Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching unit capable of performing stable switching operation and suppressing power consumption.SOLUTION: A switching unit 10 comprises: a normally ON type first switching element Q1; a normally OFF type second switching element Q2 connected in series with the first switching element; a capacitor C connected to a gate of the first switching element; and a first diode D1 having an anode connected between a capacitor and the gate of the first switching element and also having a cathode connected to a source of the first switching element. A value of capacity Cb of the capacitor is equal to or larger than a value calculated by the equation, where Cd is the capacity of D1, G1 is a voltage amplification degree of Q1, and G2 is a voltage amplification degree of Q2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
