Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swivel joint that is capable of increasing the number of connecting ports more than ever before without enlarging a space at the side of a revolving superstructure.
SOLUTION: A body with a plurality of first connecting ports is attached to a truck frame. A spindle 42 is rotatably fitted in this body. This spindle 42 is engaged with a main frame 21 by a whirl-stop plate 53 so as to be integrally rotated with the main frame relatively rotating to the truck frame. In this spindle 42, an inner passage 42a to be formed in the axial direction is extended up to an end face of this spindle 42 and opened, and an internal thread 54 is installed in the two openings and one end of the whirl-stop plate 53 is screwed by a bolt 55. A second connecting port 42d increased in other four openings is formed. The other openings are hermetically sealed by a blank cap 51.
