Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the problem of changes in head loss by a direction of an opening in a rotor internal channel while reducing the head loss by alleviating the branch and combined flow generated in an annular oil chamber.SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, a swivel joint according to the present invention comprises: a cylindrical housing; a rotor which is rotatably inserted and fitted to the inside of the housing; and an annular oil chamber formed on an inner peripheral surface of the housing and on an outer peripheral surface of the rotor. The rotor includes a rotor internal channel that communicates from its edge face to the annular oil chamber. The housing includes a housing internal channel that penetrates from the outer peripheral surface of the housing to the annular oil chamber on the inner peripheral surface thereof. In an opening facing the annular oil chamber of the rotor internal channel, a guide vane is provided to protrude to the interior of the annular oil chamber.
