To efficiently conduct total assemblage work including connection work for hydraulic pipings by installing a group of control valves as a unit on a swivel frame.
A valve supporting member 34 is used for installing a control valve group 24. On the valve supporting member 34, a plate-shaped arm 37 protruded forward from the upper side of a supporting plate 36 is provided. Hydraulic pipings 40 for a boom cylinder are composed of metal piping parts 41A, 41B and hydraulic hose parts 43A, 43B. In preliminarily assembling the control valve group 24 on the valve supporting member 34, the metal piping parts 41A, 41B are disposed in a fixed state between a directional control valve 32 for a boom and the plate-shaped arm 37. To the tip side of the metal piping parts 41A, 41B, the hydraulic hose parts 43A, 43B are connected to form a large work space.
