PURPOSE:To make it possible to rotate smoothly and decide the position highly precisely, by locating a pairs of coils respectively, i.e., the one pair of which supply the AC for exciting and the other pair of which supply the DC for bias in the direction corresponding to each pole to each rotator pole for exciting.
