PURPOSE: To correct the synchronous shift with the constitution of low cost, by measuring the time tr when the photo detector output waveform first crosses the threshold value and the time tf it again crosses, and by constituting the synchronous signal through addition of a given time tc to the time (tf-tr)/2.
