Abstract:
To obtain a synchronous gear for a balancer capable of maintaining sufficient strength against a dynamic load resulting from torque fluctuation, and also capable of reducing noise.SOLUTION: A synchronous gear for a balancer having a balancer shaft comprises an annular part engaged with the balancer shaft, a gear part having tooth parts, and a rubber part provided between these parts. On at least one of an outer peripheral part of the annular part being a joint part with the rubber part and an inner peripheral prat of the gear part being a joint part with the rubber part, an uneven part that changes smoothly in a constant cycle is formed over the entire circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
