Abstract:
To provide a control method for synchronous motors wherein vibration produced when changing energized phases in rectangular-wave energization is reduced.
The phases U, V, and W are energized during rectangular-wave energization so that two-phase energization and three-phase energization are alternately repeated every 30 degrees of electrical angle. Thus, the synchronous motor can be driven by two-or three-phase energization.
