In a device having one-side ends of a plurality of cylinders 3 connected to a rising and falling lid 2, it is necessary to simultaneously start the operation of the piston rod of each cylinder, operate it at an equal speed, and simultaneously stop the operation, in order to realize the synchronous operation of a plurality of cylinders. Therefore, in order to prohibit the individual operation of each cylinder, this device has a plurality of cylinders 3 arranged with a transverse space so as to support and move the rising and falling lid turned in transverse direction.
