Abstract:
To reduce a power loss which is produced by a circulation current FET (field effect transistor) and a buffer for applying a voltage to the gate of the circulation current FET.
The gate voltage of a circulation current FET 6 connected in parallel to a circulation current diode 7 is supplied by a buffer 5. A wiring (a) for supplying a power supply voltage to the buffer 5 is connected to an output terminal 12 from which a voltage lower than an input voltage applied to an input terminal 2 by an input DC power supply 1 is outputted, so that a power loss can be reduced securely.
