Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light radiation structure small in the wavelength spectral width of thermal emission spectra in order to increase an efficiency of thermophotovoltaic generation of electricity and an output.SOLUTION: A light radiation structure having fine pores comprises: a first material including a first metal element on the fine pores; and a second material including a second metal element different from the first metal element on at least part of the surface of the light radiation structure except the fine pores. As to light of a wavelength larger than a peak wavelength of thermal emission spectra generated by the light radiation structure, the emittance of the first material is larger than that of the second material.
