Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a synchronization type signal detecting device capable of measuring a high-speed phenomenon with good accuracy and capable of being miniaturized.
CONSTITUTION: The measured signal II is received by a conductive detector 310 applied with the modulation voltage signal of the prescribed frequency while the phase of the modulation signal is adjusted by a phase adjusting unit 110, and the DC constituent of the current signal generated by the conductive detector 310 in response to the intensity of the prescribed frequency constituent of the measured signal II with a current/voltage conversion section 320 as the voltage signal. The maximum value is identified within the DC voltage values Vo obtained each time the adjustment phase value is set when the phase of the modulation voltage signal is the same phase as the phase of the prescribed frequency constituent of the measured signal II, and the intensity of the prescribed frequency constituent of the measured signal II is calculated.
