To provide a new production method for producing a tryptamine derivative medicine for treating and/or preventing migraine synmptoms, and provide a new partial reaction and a new intermediate.
An ester derivative or an amide derivative is obtained by using a compound expressed by formula (III) [wherein R1 represents alkyl, aryl or the like; R2 represents H, alkyl or the like; R' represents alkyl] as a starting material and reacting the same with a specific halocarbonate or a specific halocarbamate.
