Abstract:

To solve a problem wherein in the supercritical water state reaction field water has an oxidation power, so the synthesis method is limited for metal oxide-based nanoparticles, while nanoparticles, which have various and peculiar good properties, characteristics, and functions, can be advantageously synthesized using supercritical or sub-critical water reaction field.

A metal sulfide nanoparticles the surface of the produced nanoparticles are bonded with an organic group can be prepared by conducting a nanoparticle synthesis reaction and a surface modification reaction of nanoparticles with the co-presence of an organic modifier and a sulfur source or a hydrogen sulfide source in the reaction field, when synthesizing nanoparticles from nanoparticles precursor in a reaction field in the presence of water at a high temperature and at a high pressure. Thereby surface modified sulfide nanoparticles can be prepared in a simple method.
