Title:
SYNTHESISED STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000140192
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a high degree of the stability and durability of a low-friction synthesized structure adequate for use as a floor material (surface) of an artificial skating link by providing this structure with polymer layers containing the friction decreasing components selected from a group consisting of a silicone resin and silicone oil.

The low-friction synthesized structure 10 consists of a central material 12 and the polymer layers 14 and 16 adhered to the flat surfaces 18 and 20 of this central material 12 and is constituted as a segment. These segments are connected to each other by using connectors fitted into grooves. The polymer layers are formed of the polymers, such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polycarbonate, into which the friction decreasing components selected from the group consisting of the silicone resin and the silicone oil are incorporated. Hydrophobic components, such as potassium stearate, antistatic components, such as glycerol, antioxidants, such as butylated hydroxy toluene, and UV stabilizers, temperature stabilizers and dissociation agents are incorporating at need into these layers.
