Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject compound useful as preventive agent of adhesion of tissue preventing cell adhesion-promoting effect of fibronectin by valence- bonding chondroitin sulfate and serum albumin according to condensation of carbodiimide, etc. CONSTITUTION:Chondroitin sulfate is made to valence-bonding with serum albumin according to carbodiimide condensation method, cyanogen bromide activation method or Ugi reaction to afford the aimed compound.
