PURPOSE: To realize a temperature compensation synthesizer oscillator having plural oscillators with high frequency stability by compensating frequency fluctuation due to temperature fluctuation in plural oscillators at once.

CONSTITUTION: In the synthesizer oscillator 30 in which a phase comparator 31, an LPF 32, a voltage controlled oscillator 33, and a programmable frequency divider 34 are connected in a loop and an output of a variable frequency reference oscillator 35 is fed to the phase comparator 31 via a 2nd frequency divider 36, the frequency of the variable frequency reference oscillator 35 is controlled based on information from a memory 41 storing frequency fluctuation information due to a temperature of the reference oscillator 35 and on temperature information from a temperature sensor 42.
