PURPOSE: To decrease the deterioration of an image and to reduce a maintaining space by filling a hair shape and the like through an electrical signal.
CONSTITUTION: In a human being image for synthesizing a hair shape, a human being 22 is picked up by a second video camera 23, recorded by a second recording and reproducing device 24 to obtain a static image of the human being. In order to combine a synchronization of a first video camera 15 with the second recording and reproducing device 24, from an output signal of the second recording and reproducing device 24, a synchronous signals is extracted by a synchronizing separation circuit 21. Based on this synchronous signal, by a position adjustment knob 18 and an outer shape adjustment knob 19, a deflecting electric current is generated in a deflecting electric current generating circuit 20. In this manner, a position and the size of the hair shape are changed, the hair shape is fitted to a static image of the human being 22 of the output of the second recording and reproducing device 24, an image is synthesized in a synthesizing circuit 16 and outputted to a second television picture tube 17. In the synthesizing circuit 16, through an output signal of the first video camera 15, the hair shape is extracted at a variable identification level and this is synthesized with the static image of the human being 22 by overlapping.
