Abstract:
To provide a device for vertically lifting a load, reduced in the weight of the lifting device and easy in handling.
This device includes: a base 1; at least one jib 2 extending out from the base; at least one cable 3 guided from the base around the tip of the jib; and at least one device 4 for gripping or securing the load attached or attachable to the end of the cable guided around the tip of the jib. The cable is a synthetic fiber cable.
