Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of artificial hair capable of imparting a three-dimensional wave in comparison with hitherto; and to provide artificial hair to which a three-dimensional wave is imparted.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of artificial hair having multiple fiber bundles 2 formed by bundling multiple fibers, in which multiple fiber bundles 2 are woven to form a fiber cord 5, and a part of the fiber cord 5 is extended helically or spirally, includes: a fiber cord formation step for forming a fiber cord 5 by weaving multiple fiber bundles 2; a winding step for winding a part of the fiber cord 5 around a rod-like body helically or spirally; and a heating step for heating the fiber cord 5 wound around the outer periphery of the rod-like body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
