To print a synthetic resin balloon with graphic data or text data by applying an image receiving layer which may be printed with the graphic data or text data transferred from an apparatus with an ink jet printer on one surface of this synthetic resin balloon.

The image receiving layer consisting of material which may be printed with the graphic data or text data transmitted from a personal computer, etc., is applied on the one surface of the synthetic resin balloon 1. The synthetic resin balloon 1 coated with the image receiving layer on one surface (upper surface) is placed on a drive tray 3 mounted at a conveyor 2 of the printer. The drive tray 3 is moved by this conveyor 2. When the balloon 1 arrives at the position below the ink jet printer device 4, the image receiving layer surface of the balloon 1 is directly printed with various kind of the data transferred by the personal computer, etc., by the ink jet printer device 4.
