Abstract:
To provide a synthetic resin cap capable of preventing slip-out while suppressing increase in cap-opening torque, and to provide a container.SOLUTION: A cap 1 includes: a skirt wall 3 in which a female screw 5 screwed with a male screw M1 formed on an outer periphery of a container mouth part M is provided; and a tamper-evident band 9 connected to a lower part of the skirt wall 3 via an annular weakened part 10. On an inner peripheral side of the tamper-evident band 9, a plurality of hooks 11 which can be locked to annular protrusions M2 provided on the outer periphery of the container mouth part M from below are provided with intervals in the circumferential direction. Also, on the inner peripheral side of the tamper-evident band 9, a curved part 13 is provided above the hooks 11, and in a surface S1 of the curved part 13, a vertical cross section is an R-shaped inclined surface protruding inwardly, its inner diameter becomes larger toward the upper side, an inner diameter of the lower part of the curved part 13 is smaller than an outer diameter of the annular protrusion M2, and an inner diameter of the upper part of the curved part 13 is larger than the outer diameter of the annular protrusion M2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
