Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a composition, containing diethylene glycol bisallyl carbonate polymer as a principal component in a resin matrix capable of terminating polymerization curing reaction in a short time and reducing volume shrinkage, further improved in surface hardness and suitable as top boards in system kitchens. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin composition obtained by blending (A) 10-60 pts.wt. prepolymer prepared by blending 100 pts.wt. diethylene glycol bisallyl carbonate with 0.1-2 pts.wt. peroxide expressed by the formula (R<1> is 1-5C alkyl; R<2> is 4-12C tertiary alkyl) as a polymerization initiator and carrying out prepolymerization with (B) 0-30 pts.wt. monomer of the diethylene glycol bisallyl carbonate, (C) 0-30 pts.wt. polyfunctional (meth)acrylic acid derivative and (D) 10-90 pts.wt. inorganic filler.
