Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a synthetic resin composition suitable for molding a synthetic resin product capable of exhaling a smell repelling easts and birds such as a cat, a dog or a crow.
CONSTITUTION: This synthetic resin composition contains one or more kinds of compounds selected from among methyl salicylate, ethyl salicylate, propyl salicylate, n-butyl salicylate, isobutyl salicylate, isoamyl salicylate, menthol and camphor as a smell component in an amount of ≥10ppm on weight base. Beasts and birds haste and do not approach a product, e.g. a trash bag made from the synthetic resin composition.
