To provide a synthetic resin container and a manufacturing method of the synthetic resin container with improved work efficiency when filling contents while improving transportation efficiency of the container before the contents are filled.SOLUTION: A synthetic resin container 100 of the present disclosure includes a tubular mouth portion 10 and a body portion 20 continuous to a lower portion of the mouth portion 10, in which the body portion 20 has an outer layer body 22a and an inner layer body 22b, and has a peeling portion 22 where the inner layer body 22b can be peeled from the outer layer body 22a, and a non-peeling portion 24 that is provided at a position continuous with the peeling portion 22 and has an opening 28 at a position separated from the peeling portion 22, and the inner layer body 22b closes a communication port 18 that connects the mouth portion 10 and the body portion 20 by extending radially inward beyond the outer layer body 22a at a position where the mouth portion 10 and the body portion 20 are continuous. The outer layer body 22a and the inner layer body 22b can form a storage space S for the contents by peeling the inner layer body 22b from the outer layer body 22a and pushing it toward the opening 28 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
