A coating 6 of soft thermoplastic resin is molded by secondary insertion molding on the surface of a primary hollow molding 5 of hard thermoplastic resin with specified length and shape, formed by injection blow molding with missing parts 7, 9 formed partly. In addition, the missing parts 7, 9 formed in the obtained secondary molding are covered with filling members 8, 10 obtained as separate moldings to obtain a handle member 1 with a solid surface.
