Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a synthetic resin lining steel pipe having such structure as the synthetic resin lining layer formed on the inner face is not peeled off or broken when the pipe is bent through pipe bender system.
CONSTITUTION: The synthetic resin lining steel pipe 1 is produced by extrusion molding silane modified polyethylene to the inner face of a steel pipe when it is produced and thereby a polyethylene lining layer 3 is bonded strongly to the inner face of the steel pipe 2. Consequently, the polyethylene lining layer 3 is not peeled off from the steel pipe 2 even if the synthetic resin lining steel pipe 1 is subjected to bending work. The polyethylene lining layer is not broken even if it is stretched.
