PURPOSE: To improve strength in the whole sheathing board, and facilitate form separation by blocking hollow parts opening on the header end surfaces of the hollow sheathing board by means of channel shape blocking materials having a U-shaped cross section.
CONSTITUTION: Two opposed face plates 1a and 1b constituting both the obverse and reverse are connected to each other by means of plural reinforcing stripes 1c juxtaposed in one direction, and hollow parts 2 are arranged between the reinforcing strips 1c, and a synthetic resin made corrugated cardboard-like hollow sheathing board 1 is formed. Here, since continuous headers 3a opening so that the hollow parts 2 can be in parallel with the reinforcing strips 1c and juxtaposed headers 3b divided by means of the reinforcing strips 1c while opening in an orthogonal direction to the reinforcing strips 1c are created in the end parts of the hollow sheathing board 1, channel shape blocking materials 4 each having a U-shaped cross section are fitted to the end surfaces of these headers 3a and 3b. Thereby, since the headers can be blocked simply, these parts can be reinforced simultaneously, so that form separation can be facilitated.
