Title:
SYNTHETIC RESIN MATERIAL WHICH BURNS AT PREDETERMINED TEMPERATURE AND BECOME EXTINCT BY COMBUSTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS56122895
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the titled synthetic resin material useful for the production of a ceramic for capacitors or pottery requiring a calcination stage at a predetermined temp., consisting of an org. matter such as wood flour or rice hulls or a synthetic resin waste such as mold flash and a thermosetting resin.

CONSTITUTION: An org. matter such as wood flour, pulp, rice hulls, walnut shell flour or bamboo fluor, or a synthetic resin waste such as mold flash (A), is mixed with a thermosetting resin (B) in a specified mixing ratio to obtain the titled synthetic resin material. For example, when 50% component (A) is mixed with 50% component (B), there can be obtd. a synthetic resin material which burns at 300W 350°C and becomes extint by combustion. When 70W80% component (A) is mixed with 30W20% component (B), there can be obtd. a synthetic resin material which burns at 230W300°C and becomes extinct by combustion. This synthetic resin material is suitable as materials such as a support and a supporting wall during the calcination of a ceramic for capacitors or pottery requiring a calcination stage at a predetermined temp.
