Abstract:
To provide a synthetic resin molded product capable of preventing the sink of a thick-walled part so as not to form a cavity.
A molten raw material is charged in the cavity of a mold and cured to mold a synthetic resin molded product 1. This synthetic molded product 1 has a required number of reinforcing ridges 2 capable of obtaining a vol. necessary for internal foaming provided to one surface of both surfaces of the thin-walled part thereof and, by performing molding by using a raw material mixed with a foaming agent, internal foaming is generated in the parts of the reinforcing ridges 2 to prevent a sink by this foaming.
