To provide a spouting cap with a simple structure which can be handled by a simple operation and easily classified from a bottle body, and a bottle body vessel with high operability and safety at a low manufacturing cost.
An assembled cylinder which is externally fitted to a bottle mouth cylinder with a locking projecting bar locked over a locking circumferential bar provided on an outer circumferential surface of an opening part of the bottle mouth cylinder is provided on an inner circumferential surface of a lower end part, a cap body which is tightly fitted to the bottle mouth cylinder to form a spout is provided, an outer cap body of a topped cylindrical shape which is attachably/detachably screwed to the cap body to open/close the spout is provided, a reinforcing ring which is externally abutted on the assembled cylinder with a projecting piece for detachment from the assembled cylinder integrally and continuously provided from an end face of a ring body is provided, and the assembly strength of the cap body to the bottle mouth cylinder is set so as to be detached in a plucking-off manner by hand when the reinforcing ring is detached in a range without any idling to the bottle mouth cylinder.
