The system comprises an image capturing means which is a holder computer 102 connected to a network and possible to transmit information to capture any images, an image creating means 502 to create image data compressed to no more than a predetermined amount based on the images captured by the capturing means, a variety of data inputting means 503 to acquire information related to the image data created by the creating means 502 and an upload file creating means 504 to embed the information acquired by the inputting means 503 in a comment area of the image data and create an upload file.
