Abstract:

To provide one assembly system where one integrated circuit is interconnected in accordance with a matrix architecture characterized by at least one optical interconnection.

An assembly of at least one integrated circuit comprises at least one input integrated circuit comprising one input, and at least one output integrated circuit comprising at least one output. The system comprises one optical interconnection which connects an input of a row of the system to a corresponding input of the input integrated circuit of the assembly belonging to said row (k), or connects an output of a column (l) of the system to a corresponding output of the output integrated circuit of the assembly belonging to said column (l) of the system.
