Abstract:
To provide a system that enables staff skills to be effectively improved.SOLUTION: This system comprises a detection unit that detects the motion of a subject in each observation area; a telephone call unit that transmits a voice signal of a voice captured in each observation area, and outputs the received voice signal; a determination unit that determines whether an event has occurred in each observation area on the basis of an output from the detection unit; a management unit that transmits information about the output of the detection unit when it is determined that the event has occurred; an information manager terminal that receives and displays the information about the output of the detection unit, receives an instruction about the subject who has generated the event from an information manager, transmits the voice of the information manager to the telephone call unit, and outputs the received voice signal; and a staff terminal that can receive the instruction received by the information manager terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
