Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a system for controlling doffing to avoid that plural spinning machines are stopped at approximately the same time for doffing of packages and that, until the doffing work of the first spinning machine is finished, the other spinning frames are stopped and left.
CONSTITUTION: A master spinning machine among plural spinning machines connected to each other through signal cables controls the doffing times of the spinning machines. The CPU of the master frame M arranges times required for obtaining full packages and times required until reaching the lowest lifting lengths, respectively, successively from the latest full packaging time. The arranged times are expressed by TF1, TH1 (i=1,3...N), respectively, and the doffing times of the spinning frames are set according to the flow chart of the drawing. The doffing time tDi+i is set so that five minutes required for the doffing work is secured in each doffing time within a range securing the lowest lifting length.
